This could be the reason why some people think that Adam Levine and Avril Lavigne are related. Perhaps the nurse who was working on one of their birth certificates misspelled their name.

Adam Levine’s Family Tree

The Sk8ter Boi singer has two siblings: Michelle and Mathew Lavigne. They were all raised together by their Christian parents.

So, Is Adam Levine Related to Avril Lavigne?
